Drew was amazing ! Very friendly and attentive.
I came in to talk to them about doing Express wax. The man that's supposedly waxed my truck got a buffer out one time and did half the hood.I was watching him he didn't know I was, he walked outside three times to smoke a cigarette went in to use the bathroom he was in there for 10 minutes all he did was wipe it down and use a spray bottle, and then try to lie to me and say he did the whole truck the manager went upstairs and watched the video he claims the guy used the buffer for 8 minutes. I go because it's close by but I hate the fact that I spend $45 and always have to finish the job myself when I get home they never clean the wheel and dont use a tire dressing. I have Black 5 star rims so they not har to clean. They always only have one lane open so with a black car the vehicle sit in the sun and water and soap dries on the car and they're wiping an air dried car with spots because they're rushing to get the cars thru.
A pretty good car wash. I get "exterior only" on a monthly membership. It pays for itself after 2 washes a month. I usually get 3 or 4 per month, sometimes more. They do a reasonably good job. I have had the interior done here before when I had a more extensive membership, and again, its a good service, not great. Sometimes the line can be very long and I have waited as long as 45 minutes to get through, but usually it's much faster. I took my cxar there for the first time. I bought the interior and exterior service. Staff was very nice. I left only to realize, that when I drove into the sun, the windshied was blochie with water spots everwhere. There were fingerprints on the rear glass and the interior glass was not cleaned.
