I’ve been a monthly member of this car wash for over 6 years. On 12/30/25 I was at this location and getting my car washed. Normally they wait until the car passes through the dryer and they have a couple people designated to drive the cars out of the wash and into the hand dry area. I chose this wash because an employee assured me it was brushless--critical for my SUV's Thule roof-rack system. Mid-wash I discovered brushes were, in fact, pounding my car. The rack was damaged and could easily have ripped the rails right off the roof. I filed a damage claim the same day with photos and a repair estimate. After one cursory phone call denying liability, Flagship stopped communicating. When I began my membership on 21 Jan, 2025, I noticed that the gate rarely opened automatically and had to be opened manually by the guys working there. I also noticed that I wasn't receiving the correct washes at times, but I let that go. Drove into the car wash on 21 Feb, 2025 and noticed that my membership was showing "expired" on the drive-up screen (at the Lutherville Timorium location). I bin member for years but I went to gansville car wash and they did about a thousand dollars of damage to car and are responsible but they are refusing to make things right be carefull using this carwash if your car gets damaged and that's a good chance you are out of luck they suck big time

I've been going to this car wash since it was opened as the train station car wash. Ever since FLAGSHIP purchased the facility, my car and especially my wheels NEVER get properly cleaned. Additionally, the electronic check in and check out process NEVER works properly without manual intervention, and there is a really language barrier. The place is a rip off and does not do a good job on your car.

Called to confirm stating the location twice if open since previously closed and website not stating closed. Was told twice it was open only to drive there and find out it is not. Time to find a new car wash.

The manager at this location just canceled my $65 per month package because I asked him to clean my front passenger seat and rear seat where one of the workers placed my wet floor mats while putting them back into the car after cleaning them. He told me to find another location if I wasn't satisfied and then said I was the only person paying for the $65 per month package that always asked for the optional Odor-X and Trim features and that they lose money with me as a result - ?!?! For the 3rd time this year, they did not do a good job. There was a lot of crumbs that needed to be vacuumed on the backseat and between the front seats. There was a lot of stains on the weed windows. They did not do the trunk even thg though I asked for this as and it was open. This place is not what it used to be.
