You charged my card twice when my bank paid you. I do not appreciate it. I sent an email stating your payment went through and my card was charged. I expect no charge to my card until June.
I recently started a membership at the Flagship Express location in Annandale, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The facility does not separate members from non-members in the waiting line, which defeats the purpose of having a membership. The parking lot is far too small for the volume of traffic, making the entire process inefficient and frustrating. Additionally, the vacuums are very weak and barely functional.
