Disappointing. They make a good first impression, but ultimately fail to perform well. Once through the wash, there is a team of six responsible for drying and vacuuming. They seemed energetic and thorough and so I didn’t take time for inspection. Mistake. There were tiny crumbs on the seats and floor. The exterior had numerous tiny specks that weren’t removed.
Flagship did a great job on my Camry. Cameron was attentive and caught something before leaving and made sure it was done correctly. Thank you so much Cameron.
My wash experience was great! Dominic was very knowledgeable and explained the different washes. He talked about the various flagship locations and made me very interested in a membership. If you are traveling around the Baltimore area, try and stop by and get your car nice and shiny!
