Flagship on Ritchie Hwy did an awesome job cleaning my car. They have a really nice lobby to wait in the prices aren't bad either. I did have a small issue. My windows weren't up to par I let the manager know she immediately gave my car another bath and cleaned it again to my liking. I wish I would've gotten her name. But she worked the Saturday after Thanksgiving at 430 pm she rocks! Thanks flagship for giving me such a nice experience i will be back.

Let me start by saying I always try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt before writing a review. The first time I came here, I used the self-serve wash. The wash itself was fine, but the towels provided to dry the car smelled like mold. At first, I assumed it was just that one vacuum station, but after checking four different stations, I realized all the towels had the same moldy smell. Fast forward to today—I decided to get a full-service Flagship wash for $44, plus $5 for the extra row. I’m not sure what I expected... read more
