I went to flagship to get a membership I purchased the $40 some dollar one I went through the car wash then I vacuum my car out myself. Few days later I come back to go through the car wash well I can't get in so I show the guy where I paid a few days prior. The guy was so nice but he said there was nothing he could do and there wasn't any manger in either that could help either. Terrible quality. Look at the photographs of how they let my wife leave with her tires full of dirt and crud. I spent ten minutes at my house cleaning them. Notice the before and after. This place sucks. I was paying for the monthly service and am canceling as soon as I press post on this review.
