Went in to my car washed and the rear windshield wiper was ripped off by their machines. I called the customer service line to file a claim 3 separate times and was assured "someone from claims department would call me back". Emails sent and no response in a month. This company buys up every carwash and just wants to take advantage of the monopoly they've created hurting the community. Avoid at all costs and support local businesses instead.
Beware! Went to this location today and had an interaction with one of the workers who seems to be whacked out of his mind. Not sure I wanted to trust him to do anything with my car. Look out for the tall lanky kid with the neck tattoo.

I am honestly shocked to see the rating this low. THIS IS MY FAVORITE FLAGSHIP! Always clean, I LOVE the covered and non-covered options for drying and vacuuming your car. Plus, everything works! haha. The cherry on top is that there is a gentlemen that always greets me at the gate who is super friendly. I wish I glanced at his name tag to give him a shoutout, but he's great and helped me change my license plate in the system after I switched from temp tags. I have a brand new car and took my car here for a wash. In their drive thru the rotating brushes ripped off my weather stripping and bend the metal. I filed a claim with the manager of site and never heard anything from them. I then called corporate who told me I was following up too soon (5 business days after incident occurred). I then waited a whole month and received no follow up information so I went back to location to speak to a manager who proceeded to tell me my claim was impossible, the brushes couldn’t have caused... read more
