Not bad, per se, but not seeing the value here. Main complaint is that the last 3 times I have had a wash ($20 version each time), there has been something akin to cleaning solution drips or hard-water spots all over the hood and top of my car. These aren't just the normal post-carwash water spots, but instead are tough to remove spots that require some work. I was struck in the wash for 3 to 5 minutes and the employees didnot even noticed so I had to call customer service and honk. I asked for the manager to talk to about this and waited 20 minutes but he didnot even showed up to talk . Worst customer service and their employees are always on their cell phones ..
Recently I was in to add a new car to my membership plan and an error in the system caused me to be double charged. When I discovered the mistake I expected to have a problem. Instead, Colt, the manager of this location immediately took control of the situation and sent a message to the billing office for me to initiate a resolution. Great customer service!! I highly recommend this location!
i would be honored to give Johnathan Bahlman his flowers in the sense that i have never received a more enthralling and thorough car wash in my entire 17 years of living. he treated my baby (2012 white subaru crosstrek forester) with the utmost care and respect. the way he waved me thru the entrance was so tuff i can’t even describe it. the way he beckoned me for my credit card was unbelievably brave and had so much aura. i will return ONLY for john bahlman
