This location is really good and Customer Service is outstanding. Eric is great!!
I’ve used Flagship in VA and was impressed so I wanted to try the one closer to home. The vacuum broke while I was using, no cloths to dry car, no scented spray, can’t clean mats. Would have loved to get the same experience from all locations.
The vacuum pumps never work after storm despite the staff working hard trying to fix them, there are a couple of regular workers there that goes out of their way to greet the customers and help with everyday needs the manager there she is trying her best to make sure that the vacuum pumps are working properly despite not having no help it seems from corporate. Overall the employees there they get 10 Stars but as far as corporate cell part they got to do better
Best car wash ever hands down.
