Other than the female attendant who force folded my mirror without asking it was a perfect experience.
I've been a member for over a year, but the service has become increasingly inconsistent. Maintenance often happens during the day, limiting access, and their prewash services are unpredictable. On 4/18/25 (8:05 AM), an employee rudely informed me that they no longer wash mats—a service I've consistently received. I won't be returning, nor would my car club. Customer service and consistency have declined with this new crew. No clean rags or anything.
