If I could rate this place a zero, I would. Flagship Carwash has, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business ever. Their carwash damaged my vehicle, and there was nothing posted anywhere stating that this type of damage was exempt from their responsibility. When I went inside to report it, the employee tried to brush me off by telling me to “read the sign.” I had already done so, and the damage was clearly their responsibility. Great washing system. Staff was polite and courteous. Detail area for drying and vacuuming was fantastic. Pasadena area has everything you need. Thank you. This place is my favorite car wash.

I had damage to my truck wheel and tire at Flagship Carwash on Hog Neck Rd and, at first, wasn’t treated very kindly. Later, I received a call from Robert Duvall, the new manager, and he completely turned the situation around. He took responsibility, kept in contact throughout the process, and made it right.
