Great washing system. Staff was polite and courteous. Detail area for drying and vacuuming was fantastic. Pasadena area has everything you need. Thank you. This place is my favorite car wash.

I had damage to my truck wheel and tire at Flagship Carwash on Hog Neck Rd and, at first, wasn’t treated very kindly. Later, I received a call from Robert Duvall, the new manager, and he completely turned the situation around. He took responsibility, kept in contact throughout the process, and made it right. Thank you, Robert — your professionalism and effort really made the difference!
This car wash facility has everything you need to keep your car looking brand new.
If you have a luxury car that you care about, don’t take it to this car wash. I drove a Porsche and my car was damaged at the Pasadena location. I was told by the attendant that the company is going to take care of it. The female attendant was receptive and very apologetic. I filed a report, I never got a call back. I had to drive to the location, and the manager pretty much told me they’re not going to fix it.
