Dougal and the team are the most honest people I have ever dealt with. I not only take my cars their for wofs and tyres but also recommend people to go to them. He cares and offers advice and is all about his customers
Took my car here for a scan as it was making a weird noise. Asked for a paper or something to tell me what the scan came up with he refused told me theres heaps of things wrong i paid $50 for this scan. He then said take it somewhere else and ask them to scan it and fix it. Rude and worst customer service will not recommend this place to anyone again and Ive been coming here for 3 years with my car and to do repairs that have come up over $1500. Dont bother going there unless you want a bill and no genuine help.
Took my car into get a wheel alignment. The guy took the car around the block to ascertain how the car was responding. As he drove the car onto the hoist he failed to stop and drove off the end of it. The car suffered substantial damage to the front guards, the chassis, body and exhaust. He tried to hold me responsible saying there was something wrong with my car which caused it not to stop.
