Don't follow up with customers I contacted them for a price quote and never heard back from them. Called them back and still never heard back. I finally had to call them a third time to get the info I needed.

I had been looking for a certain flag, and was having no luck finding a store in the South Sound carrying it. I happen to find Flags A` Flying on Google, and extremely happen I did. I found the exact flag I was after, in the exact size I wanted, with no problems. The lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend these guys either at their Tacoma or Everett locations. If I ever need another flag, I will happily return to these guys to find what I need.
Excellent place for all your flag needs! I had been looking for a local store in Western Washington for a Union Jack flag(UK's National flag), and was having no luck. I was going to order it online and get it shipped to my address, but Flags A` Flying webite came up and am I glad decided to visit the website. Great Flag Store Flags A' Flyin is the best place in Tacoma area to get your flags. And flagpoles & accessories. Our patriotic organization has bought many flags from them, always a quality product. They will order any item not in stock. They also do a great job on flagpoles, telescoping or static. We know because the patriotic residents we honor for flying flags tell us about Flags A'Flying. Flags A' Flying The people I dealt with were congenial and provided good information so I could select the proper set-up to display my flags correctly. Installation was provided by them but they were ready to offer any tips if I wanted to do it myself. They also have a large selection of flags and socks.

I have used Flags A' Flying since 2004 when they installed a commercial quality flag pole at my home. The installation was timely and professional and the pole remains vertical and proud after years of stormy weather. I especially appreciate the regular updates on half staff days, US Flag code and flag etiquette. The service is great and the owner is friendly and knowlegable. Thanks Keith and Kourtney.
