He is quick to ask his questions, doesn’t like when you interject your questions. Sit quietly only speak when spoken too. He also had nurse call me to say he wanted me in office within 3 hours, left work scared something was terribly wrong, he called me into off to let me know my blood work was off, and need to take meds constantly. Lost 3 hours of work for something that could have been discussed over phone in 5 mins
Dr Rattinger is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. He shuffles you quickly out of the office. His bed side manner is awful. He has a terrible business practice. He told my relative they have a serious diagnosis over the phone, rather than calling them in for an appt and going over it with them in person, like any good doctor would. He is the least empathetic doctor and provided no resources to guide them with their diagnosis. DOCTOR RATTINGER, Has been my doctor for 10 years. Once you get to know him…. He’s amazing. Yes he’s straight to the point, no small talk. Just the facts. If you want a true professional and can handle his all business attitude he’s is amazing. He’s staff is great! NORMA UP FRONT …. What can I say I love her! Plain and simple!!! Wow. I am so impressed. I am a new patient and first time experience is wonderful. Short wait time, started appointment in his office to get to know me then went on to the physical exam which was a thorough exam. He ended the visit giving me his card to call him anytime night or day if I am in need that he wants to be there for his patients All of the tests and blood work was completed right there in the office. I was expecting to wait a month for a blood work visit I am pleased. And know I chose the best
