Took my aged mother here due to experiencing pain and a rash. I did not have high hopes. Figured some young associate would give her Tylenol and some cream and send us on the way. It was a Sunday at 9pm. Most experienced doctors are home. Well....she was evaluated by Dr. Monroe. A very nice, experienced Dr. running the ER. He diagnosed her pretty quickly and accurately. I have a disability and I was lied to, disrespected & discriminated against at this facility even after I had thoroughly explained my legally documented disability to these people multiple times. I am 56 and I've NEVER experienced such a disgraceful level of unprofessionalism at a hospital in my entire life! It started in the emergency room and continued with multiple incidents & departments involved.
Knowledgeable and kind staff.
