Yo really need to improve your interpreting services! Spent more than 3 hours trying to get an interpreter on the machine and it kept buffering and loosing connection. What happened to your amazing interpreters? Why did you decide to get rid of them. Never had issues when it came to interpreting services until you decided to go all VRI! Won’t be coming back. Baptist it is. Out of the way but they have live interpreters.
Terrible experience. Waited 1.25 hours for chest pains. IV attempts blew out my vein twice. Male receptionist condescending and treated me like I was senile.
Prompt and caring attention!
Entire staff was courteous, friendly and highly professional.
