My doctor sent me here for a sleep study. I was sent home with a rubber ring to wear over night. The next day i had to drop it off at the center. I had to pay $200 out of pocket for this "study". My doctor received the results a couple of weeks later and reviewed them with me. They said I stopped breathing 17 times in that 8 hour test period. I had a horrible experience with the technician. He was super loud and long winded which is rough while you’re trying to be sleepy at 8pm. He also overstepped his place by making his own diagnosis and prognosis of my condition. He told me, in no uncertain terms, that I would die of stroke or heart attack if I didn’t shave my beard to allow for a cpap to fit. Turns out he is just awful at his job. This place is not professional at all! I was told I had nothing to pay , not even a copay prior to my sleep study. I left and I was not charged anything and wasold my insurance would be billed. Two weeks late I received an invoice for $1500.00! I called them, and my insurance company to investigate and bottom line they did not bill the proper agency. Marie was very rude and did not want to correct her mistake and said I was ultimately responsible for payment. This is not resolved yet and it has been two weeks. I do not recom... read more
