Today I had another great experience at dr .Flagg's office. As usual, I was greeted by Katie and Nash, right when I came through the door with a happy smile and a friendly greating. After a short wait in the pleasant waiting room, I was called by Hannah, one of Dr Flagg's assistants. My wife has been a patient of Dr. Flagg for many years, and I must commend both her and his nurse, Hannah, for their exceptional dedication and work ethic. We couldn't ask for better caretakers. Specifically, Hannah has consistently gone above and beyond in her efforts to ensure we receive the necessary prescriptions. Despite challenges with insurance bureaucracy causing delays in obtaining the medications we need, Hannah and Dr. Flagg have been incredibly resourceful and kind in providing us with samples. Doctor Elena and her staff are amazing! Hannah, doctor's Flagg nurse, has been so helpful, always proving such great service. The administrative staff, are great, too!
