Despite hours posted, NEVER OPEN.
This used to be a wonderful flag store. New management is not knowledgeable, not helpful, and downright rude. Note all the good reviews are from before new ownership. We try to shop local but he obviously doesn't want our business.
Ordered a flag, was told it would be in within a week. Almost a month now and I cannot reach anyone at the store. Internet says they are open but no one answers the phone. I will not use them again.
Needed a Marine flag and a couple US flags for family burial plot in Lincoln. Stopped in while in Springfield yesterday and they had what I needed. Keep it local when you can...Enjoy supporting local business when it makes sense.
Order flag spike got the wrong ones. They reorder and said it came in 3 weeks ago when I called to see if they had them said they do not get to check if they had them so I keep checking ever day . The person said you keep calling you when I get time to look for them. The person was very rude to me he stated you keep calling 17 times.
