My experience with Flagship has been outstanding. They present opportunities that are a good fit and go above and beyond with support.
I was a cash cow for Flagship Staffing for 5 months. NOT ONCE did they contact me to see how my position was going. Now that I am owed commission from where I was placed, Flagship's comment is, "this is the first time I am hearing about it". They will not go to bat for me and get my commission. I basically forgot that Flagship was MY employer, not the company that I was actually working for. "Duly noted"!
The staff did seem nice. After I applied for a particular job and did the interview process I never heard back from the recruiter regarding that job or other jobs.
