This has been a favorite of ours for several years. Fair price, good location, nice rooms, very friendly staff. But it has taken a turn for the worse lately. It needs a fair bit of TLC. Carpet tiles in the rooms are peeling up. Maintenance seems to be lacking and/or deferred. This past week, we stayed there and the room had someone’s leftover bag of snacks stashed in a drawer, no water glasses, and the paint on the walls was chipped and scuffed.
