Do not Buy. They have a 4-6 week delay just to pick and pack parts. No notice or shipping information and no payment information. They do accept e-transfer but don't advertise it. The owner is a tool that thinks that when we get to it, it will get it. A 3500.00 order for 1 yardarm and 6 weeks. They need to have some "On Hand" aka READY TO GO. Great place even tho it doesn’t have on of the flags I want but still great place prefect place to buy International flags
The order desk personnel are knowledgeable and friendly, but it stops there. The warehouse staff are almost rude. In my opinion, creepy and arrogant and demeaning. They should not be customer facing. The order was filthy, covered in industrial dust and metal shavings. It looked like it had been there for years. The flags themselves were of low quality with lots of loose threads on the exposed cuts which will reduce the lifespan. Flag Outlet has the best flags, flag poles, and customer service in Canada. It also feels much better to buy a Canadian flag from a Canadian business rather than one made in China!
