While looking around the army surplus outfit, my boyfriend (who is Native) and I were followed around by one of the workers who looked like the stereotypical white trash from the trailer park. He gave me the major creeps. As we were leaving, he came outside and accused my son of shoplifting and demanded that he empty his pockets. He claimed to have it on video, but refused to show us. We have responded to this person and explained our position in this matter. As we explained, we balance customer service and store security as we do have some shoplifting. While our customers are number one we can not and will not allow theft. We value all customers equally and strive to treat all customers the same.
I was surprised we had a surplus around here , enjoy looking around your store. For sure I will return to buy something..
Super dissappointed....searched you on Google and it says you are open til 6pm on Saturdays. Went today at 5:18 and your employee was pulling out of the parking lot. My 14 year old son was looking forward to going all week because this is the only day / time he could go with his Dad due to his work schedule. Very sad. Please please please change your hours on Google so no one else makes the ride out or promises their kid to go and drive out that way just to find your closed.
They have everything you could ever need in tactical or survival gear and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
