I was openly discriminated by an employee at FLCRA. A femail counselor (a Ms. Sanchez) openly told me she "hates men" and accused me of bigotry (despite the fact that I never once said anything derogatory towards anyone). I filed a complaint with the administration, Ms. Sanchez made these comments in front of another counselor (Darcy Corbutt). Ms.Cobutt heared Ms.Sanchez actually say that she "hates men." Terrible facility!! Very understaffed! Nephew brought over to er...His mother wasnt even contacted from them and she was on the list to be contacted. Rude staff complaining that they have no help...Beware of this place at all cost.

This place is an absolute horror show and keep people trapped there and don’t help them at all my fiancée has been there almost 90 days now and has to restart because the consolers don’t care or do there job to create adequate treatment plans. Her consoler Liz quit and her current consoler Maria has me banned from the facility for no reason and won’t specify knowing they he success of my fiancée being there all depends on her ability to have proper help and to see me and they took the one thing that matters to her away. I have been in recovery since 6/16/23. I was circling the drain for quite a while before I made the decision to attend inpatient in a treatment center that was outside flacra. While there I had a friend tell me (moreso WARN me) of the poor management within the parent company of the halfway house [820 reintegration] I was going to stay at afterwards.
