Things have gotten better. They still need to work on there communication and not call me pass 4:55pm and glad they don’t call me on Saturday but I won’t answer my phone on Saturday if they did call me. Also, don’t force people to be in groups that are not mandated to be in groups. I’m great full I’m done with groups however, I still feel like people don’t have a say in their treatment (I stand behind this). There are 3 people I trust and they’re not counselors.
I would give them no stars because they do not actually help people. I suffer from severe anxiety. They prescribed the wrong medications. I have epilepsy and some of the medications they prescribed lowered my seizure threshold and I had seizures. I also went to the Clifton Springs location for help and they did not help me. Reviews speak for themselves. The only reason this place is alive is because the government funding (thus why they try to keep you as long as possible). If you are required to go here only thing I can wish you is luck because you’re gonna need it. God forbid you get any real answers from anybody who is suppose to be guiding you, especially the supervisor Sam. Joke of an establishment and I can only imagine the lawsuits they are currently facing. 0 Stars if I could.
I been at flacra for a whole year i was going through a rough time in my life the worst of the worst then that other year everything turned around for me my mental health everything bro so im so very grateful for flacra changing my whole life for the better I love you guys
Clients don't really have say about there treatment. You can't really trust anyone. There maybe three people i can trust and sadly they aren't counselors.
