I’ve been with Dr Flack since I moved to Winchester almost 20 years ago. He was fresh out of school. I admire his honesty, caring. I know I’m his favorite! We moved to WV 6 years ago. Dr. Flack is a gem. If everyone knew how great he is, I wouldn’t be able to get an appointment. He’s intelligent, emotionally intelligent, and calm. The whole experience of going to his office is stress-free. He lets me know the why behind his decisions and what he plans to look for at the next visit. My voice is always heard.
