Finding a place that consistently serves great health food is tough but they nail it every time. My go to is the pitaya bowl and it is always perfectly blended without being too sweet. The brand truly focuses on wellness and you can taste that dedication in their menu. I also appreciate how quickly they whip up the smoothies when you are in a rush Everything is simply fantastic.

This cafe is an absolute gem for anyone who values clean eating and genuine quality. I decided to try the poke nachos recently and the flavors were absolutely out of this world. Fla Juice & Bowl manages to make nutritious food actually craveable instead of boring. They give you such generous portions that leave you full but not sluggish at all. I really love what the brand stands for in bringing fresh options to the community without cutting corners.

I came here with my kid and bought 2 things and tell me why it was like i was eating at a fine fine restaurant? $60 for TWO things? I would understand that amount of money for a place like this if the portions were bigger sizes because it’s “better” food for you but it’s a TODDLER size. Unbelievable.

Fla Juice & Bowl has completely changed how I do breakfast. The avocado toast is thick and loaded with goodness and the cold pressed juices taste so pure and energizing. You can tell they care about using quality ingredients in every single thing they make. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a solid nutritious start to the day.
