When arrived as per appt @ 12pm, staff denied our appt at first & rudely questioned our appt date/time & proof from shopee chat. After that, she demanded us to wait for at least an hour and must perform order received at shopee in order to queue. When I raised this with the seller to verify, the reply was extremely rude and insulting. By far, this has been the worst service exp from both the seller and on-site staff.
