Lady at the front desk is very disrespectful argue you down about what was told you, talks to you like a child he is no better he says on thing and does another the worse mistake I’ve ever done was bring my child to this office after reading the reviews! I do not understand how they are still in business!

Dr. Chin is a great orthodontist. My brother went to him back in the early 2000s, my oldest son several years ago and now my daughter has braces and being seen by Dr.Chin. Dr. Chin is direct and gives you the truth about what he can and cannot do. Some might get their feelings hurt, if you’re a super sensitive person. I have never thought he was rude. These people are the worst in the planet, don’t waste your time and money, they are unprofessional, they don’t have any kind of emphaty, they don’t see you as a patience, they see you as a costumer, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY!

Clearly overbooked every time. Typically appt wait time is 2 hours, which is ridiculous! If my daughter wasn’t so close to being finished I’d move her.
