Would not recommend as a (Woman of color) for treatment. The customer service is terrible. The girl at the front (you may know who she is), should be in the back. Terrible attitude and piss poor customer service.
Dr Albakri is by far the best neurologist that my mom has been to. He actually cares and wants to figure out what is going on.
There are multiple reasons that I will no longer be a patient here. If I could give a 0/5 stars I would! The reasons are stated below: - I have been seeing them for a year and a half but still have no relief in headaches - When I had a scheduled Telehealth they never called (this occurred twice) - I never get confirmation calls/texts/emails - The PA promised to do a medication appeal multiple times and never did. - Dr. Albakari basically said “you just get headaches, don’t go searching for an answer”.
