I scheduled an appointment 4 month ago and they just send a text indicating my appointment was cancel, When I called and ask they said the doctor decided he is not going to be available those days. I asked for a different doctor same day since I had to take off work to see this endo they said the only day Available was in December… It’s unbelievable and disappointing.
The doctors may be ok and do their best, but the accounting group is awful. They don't return calls, charge you even when they say they won't, and even when you pay (again) the copay they still send more bills. I won't go there again because of their poor customer service.
Made mr feel not wanted they charge people three times the amount
