This office was amazing but I like to point out Ms. Jessica Ortiz, she has amazing customer service skills and is on top of everything! It made my purchase of my new roof so much smoother. I highly recommend asking for her as she’s exceptional in all ways! Thank you Jessica!!!
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I signed a contract with FL Green Development on May 2024, for a project including driveway, fence and pool. The representative (Valentina Ortiz) gave me an estimate of $80,000, I told her I wanted everything to be done by Halloween and she told me everything would be done in 3 months. No work of any kind was done during June. I called Dan the Project Manager and he told me they were waiting for the permits but the city of Miami Gardens is very slow and lazy.
