I have contacted FLBean on three occasions in an attempt to make a return without success. The first attempt was an email to which I received an acknowledgment and indication my return was being "reviewed". The second was a phone call and the third was another email to which no responses were received. My return attempts were initiated within a week of receiving towels that were orange instead of the navy represented online.
