I recently attempted to purchase an automated auction vehicle listed by this seller on AllSurplus. The vehicle was listed as a "repo/unchecked" car, which they used as an excuse for why they couldn't provide any mechanical details. I used their automated system to schedule an on-site appointment and hired an independent mechanic to inspect the vehicle. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We arrived well within business hours to look at a car, after having been in contact a few days before (since we would be driving 2 hours to get there), and there were no staff members on site. The phone number listed rang a few times and hung up without connecting to a voicemail. We finally managed to find an automated call service, which prompted the manager to call us, at which time the manager lat us know they would try to find someone to come and assist us.
