Frank was recommended to me by the previous owners of our house and when there was a random leak in our basement ceiling, we decided to give him a call. We are so happy we did because not only did Frank have a pretty good idea what the issue could be, he drove over with his son to inspect the problem. I was forced off the road by the owner of this company. While driving on Route 202, where two lanes merge into one, I followed standard merging etiquette, allowing cars to zipper in as expected. As my lane was ending, their van suddenly accelerated in the adjacent lane, intentionally preventing me from merging. This reckless maneuver forced me off the road onto a steep area of dirt and grass. F.V.R. IV did a great job swapping out an old toilet for a new one. The old flange was installed incorrectly and they were able to correct it. They did not anticipate the flange problem. Awesome job and holding to the original price provided via only pictures of the original toilet. Thank you Team!
