I’m not one to leave a review often but when you get service like I got yesterday, I truly believe a review is warranted. I had a blow out on my van tires yesterday and this shop just 2.1 miles from initial blow out came to my rescue . He knew I was working and jumped with precision on getting me taken care of . I originally needed one tire but the owner /manager pointed out another tire was on its way out . Service at FKL is very professional and customer service is great. Took my 4runner in for an alignment. I do most of my work myself, just don't have access to a proper alignment machine. Q is a super nice guy and very accommodating considering I had my daughter with me. And Willy is the GOAT alignment man with years knowledge and experience. My 4runner is lifted on 35s and is driving better than ever. Thankyou for a great experience , will definitely be back.
A nail punctured my tire on my way back from picking up my daughter from practice. I had a newborn and a toddler with me in hot Florida weather and my car was alerting me to stop. Miraculously, I managed to stop right in front of Q ‘s shop where he repair the tire in little less than 30 mins. He was there for my car but most importantly, he saved us all from a very uncomfortable situation! I appreciate his time and care and I will return to him to replace that tire! Thank you thank you! No words can describe my appreciation.
