An operator of this companies vehicle just almost caused a huge accident on 295 by recklessly and dangerously driving with little attention being paid to the road. If their careless driving is any indication of how they run their business, I would stay very clear of this. Please provide your employees and drivers with more education.
We have used them for a few years. The lead supervisor Daniel has always been accommodating. The cleanings have been adequate , not perfect but acceptable. Today was a no show, no call no email or text. Nothing. All calls left unreturned, all texts not returned. Finally called the owner who had an attitude saying I don't pay on time. My financial planner printed off my impeccable on time payment schedule. This lack of professionalism forces us to terminate their services. Be wary .Do not trust the owner Philip Lima.
What an awesome job the FKL team did for our commercial location, I cannot say enough how impressed I was by the end result. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Our company will be a returning customer, and if you're a business in the greater Portland area, you won't regret contacting them!

I am a horrible housewife...but FKL has saved the day! Professional, courteous, efficient & affordable...I know I can't do what they do, so I look forward to each and every one of their scheduled sessions. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
