Wow, this is a hidden gem of a spa that I was not even aware was here in my 8 years of living in Valpo. I had not even heard of a headspa before this experience and now I can’t believe I didn’t invent it myself! My office counterparts and I won a company competition through our corporate office and received a spa day as the reward. The headspa was very relaxing. If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you don’t like people STEALING your money don’t choose this place. I booked a 1 o'clock massage for my partner and I for his birthday and had it in my head it was a 2 pm (total mistake on my part I admit). The only reminder was a 12:45 p.m. text, just 15 minutes before the real time. The manager was rude and unwilling to accommodate with me in any way after thoroughly apologizing.
