I spoke with the owner about needing a radiator replacement which would be covered by my warranty in which he said he would diagnose my car and call around 12n the day I dropped my vehicle off which was 7/5 at 10a. Noon comes, no call. I called at 2, left a vm. Called at 4:30p, no answer. At 5:30p 30 minutes before closing the owner calls and tells me he replaced my coolant recovery tank (never authorized and an out of pocket expense not covered by warranty). Came to pick up my motor they had for 6 months and wasn’t answering me when I kept calling to pick it up. I showed up today and the motor i tried to pick up was a 2012 a non Vortec, they sold it and the motor he left me with was a 1997 4.3. *The picture is the motor he left me with*
