Owner will book an appointment with you and when you show up the gates are locked and she will not return any of your phonecalls! This is the second time and i wont be returning again, im not surw whats goin on with this place. Very unprofessional and rude.

I called to ask if a specific braider was available, the owner gave me the run around and was acting as if she didnt know who i was talking about as if it isnt just her and two other women in there. Then proceeded to say “Its a muslim holiday how could you not know that she is off.” how was i supposed to know that the woman is muslim?? Im not muslim i just wanted my hair braided! I took my money elsewhere.

I called the day before, told her my child’s age, asked her if she could do it. She said yes, but the hair and come. She asked if my child would sit for the duration, I said yes. After paying for the hair, I come to the shop and instead of saying she didn’t want to do it, she says my child looks like she’s going to cry and that it’s going to take all day. Super unprofessional and a waste of my time. Next time be upfront.

I passed by to get my knotless braids and the owner was so nice! I loved that she explained all the process to me and she is so kind and a very happy person! Very well located and the salon is cleaned. I love the result on my hair!
