Pas très accommodants. J'ai reçu un vase que je n'aimais pas en cadeau, j'ai voulu l'échanger et ils n'ont pas accepté de faire l'échange sous prétexte qu'ils liquident leur inventaire, ce qui ne fait pas de sens puisque je l'aurais échangé contre un autre article plus coûteux.
