Beyond unprofessional. Canceled the delivery on me with no notice and was extremely smug and rude about it over the phone.
Delivered oil promptly, let me know in advance what time they’d be coming, and honestly good prices very competitive to everyone else. They were also very nice and professional. We called on a Friday at 4pm and came 9am Saturday morning, doesn’t get better than that. That’s the kind of service everyone should want!! This will be our go to company from now on. & will definitely be recommending to others! Thank you
I've order 2x thru cash heating oil. They understand and do there best this time I had alittle hiccup but I called them and they fixed it immediately.
