My experience with FJ Tile & Marble was excellent. It is difficult to spend a significant amount of money on fixing a bathroom. You are worried will the job get done correctly. Did I get a good price. Will the job be done from start to finish or will it get started and then placed on hold while other jobs take priority. We love our bathroom! Jay and his crew (especially Sebastian) were fantastic! The quality of the work was great, and they were responsive, flexible, and always met their commitments. Jay really understands customer service and doesn't just pay it lip-service. He goes way beyond. He always kept us informed of when they would be working on our project, and they often worked long hours to make sure they finished things when they promised.
