I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I have been upset with this place for the past four months. The lady who prescribed my medication quit. But four months before, she took me off of an anti nausea medication, which was the only medication that kept my medicine down. After filling out the form on their website, I was emailed asking for Date of Birth, Address, and Insurance card (front and back) back in May 2025 in order to be sent intake forms. That same day I responded with the information I was asked for. It is now 9 months later and I have yet to receive the forms are hear back.
I started seeing Betsy because I was struggling with my mental health and from the first session I felt truly heard and understood.she created a safe and nonjudgmental space right away. Their office manager Kelly is a doll; Otherwise, I’d rate this place is zero!!! I don’t believe they get to the root cause of issues. They’re worried about self-care and getting your lashes done and that’s great; however, you need to figure out what’s going in deep in the core!! Medication management is a complete shame and unorganized!! They make you pay for a lot of testing and don’t even use it!!! The excuses that they’re changing systems!!!!
