After filling out the form on their website, I was emailed asking for Date of Birth, Address, and Insurance card (front and back) back in May 2025 in order to be sent intake forms. That same day I responded with the information I was asked for. It is now 9 months later and I have yet to receive the forms are hear back.
I started seeing Betsy because I was struggling with my mental health and from the first session I felt truly heard and understood.she created a safe and nonjudgmental space right away. Their office manager Kelly is a doll; Otherwise, I’d rate this place is zero!!! I don’t believe they get to the root cause of issues. They’re worried about self-care and getting your lashes done and that’s great; however, you need to figure out what’s going in deep in the core!! Medication management is a complete shame and unorganized!! They make you pay for a lot of testing and don’t even use it!!! The excuses that they’re changing systems!!!! I have absolutely had it with this place. I do not recommend this business at all. Multiple times now they have cancelled my appointments or called to reschedule after already making my appointment. It's seriously impossible for me to go in. The girl on the phone doesn't care either. She has no empathy in her voice and she could honestly care less about the person on the other side. The dr is probably no better, not that I'll get the chance to find out. Incredibly unprofessional. Horrible business. Look for a better spot.
