Fran is great, they normally do not install customer parts. He however did agree to install mine, inevitably at my own fault one of the parts was incorrect. He talked to the store I got it from, and they shipped a part overnight and he was on top of the installation sending progress pictures, and was prompt in communication. If not available at the time I placed the call he made sure to return my calls. Great shop I highly recommend.
