I needed to get my rear fenders rolled, I called ahead to ask how much they charged and the receptionists told me it would be $65 per fender for my car. I then called a second time a week later to book an appointment and the receptionist again quoted me for $130 (65 per fender) for the two rear fenders. When i showed up for my appointment the owner of the shop told me it would be $85 per fender. I told him I got a quote for $65 twice when I called and he said no it was $85 per fender.
