Very nice. Had a wonderful time there for my brother's birthday
If someone complains about this place then they just don't understand. Been here several times already with wonderful service. It can be a bit slow, but they don't seem highly staffed. Everyone is polite and very nice! Highly recommend trying this place. No one knows how to be patient anymore 😒 This is a dining experience, not fast food.
It kills me to have to leave a bad review because this is definitely my favorite place to go for lunch but I have been here several times when they open at 12pm and all of the doors are locked and nobody is working. The employees come strolling in at whatever time they want to. I waited over 30 minutes once because the server was supposedly running late. Ventilation is pretty bad so it can get quite smoky during busy hours. AYCE menu was not worth it, food was just okay but it can get pretty slow after your first round of dishes.
Only reason atmosphere gets 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because it does get hot in there with the grills going! To be expected but still slightly uncomfortable. Otherwise the food and service were phenomenal. I went with a larger group for my birthday and it was the perfect amount of food, not too too expensive for the experience, and the wait staff were very attentive, refilling our drinks and changing the grill when needed.
