Me and my wife were there recently and when we got home we for sure got food poisoning. The rice was bland, the sauces tasted stale and possibly old. And they charged us an extra $10 per person for a little bit of noodles and 2 dumplings for over ordering. The broth was very salty. Nothing tasted fresh. -10/5 stars. No one was there at prime time and we should have known.
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. We came in around noon on a Saturday and were literally the only customers, yet the buffet was nearly empty, missing serving utensils and plates, and looked completely neglected. Neither of us had ever done Korean BBQ before, and when we asked our server to explain how it worked, we basically got, “We bring you the meat and you cook it.” He seemed annoyed by our questions rather than helping us understand the experience. My fiancée and I had visited this place a few years ago, when it opened, and it wasnt bad. Now its just a hot mess. The music is always loud, to the point that it sounds like a night club. The decorations are trashy, and tacky. Yes, clearly I wanted to look at a mock up of the last supper with a crawdad boil pot instead. Clearly. It's honestly just trashy. Moving on, the service?
