Last winter, we left for Arizona just as our hot water tank gave up. Before our return, we arranged with Deb for a replacement. We arrived home at 5:00PM Thursday and the following day, we had hot shower water by 11:30AM. Everything done neatly and reasonably priced. Thank you folks at Fixtures Faucets and Facts! You have alway been there forr us! (44 years of great service!)

We have dealt with BC Scobie several times over the years and as we have received quality service at a fair price, we continue to go to them. Recently a kitchen tap we bought from them started to misbehave. We stopped in to the store to see what needed to be done. It was determined we needed a new pull out faucet head. The tap is covered by a manufacturers "limited" life time warranty. Deb said she would order the part and try her best on the warranty. I just recently had BC Scobie renovate my bathroom and am very happy! Everything was clear and straight forwards from beginning to end. What surprised me most though is that they still managed to do the whole renovation within 5 days during the cold snap which I know slowed them down. Great people to deal with all around!
