1 star is too much. This company is dishonest and are disguising themselves under many other company names. Needed them to do a mailbox installation completed everything online even sent pictures also spoke to someone who I thought was a different person in the office come to find out it might have been the same person as the so-called subcontractor that they sent out to do the work. Hired them to build a Springfree Jumbo Oval trampoline. This is admittedly difficult. Without going into a huge amount of detail, they ignored the directions and skipped attaching the net to the springs first, and then rather than redo their work, they attached it with a rope, which resulted in a slanted and poorly secured net. BAD BAD BAD - SKETCHY. DO NOT USE. On Thumbtack, they have great reviews, fast response time,etc. I request to book someone to hang some shades in my daughter's room. They say they can do anytime between 9am-9pm the following day. I say 9:30am. Important to note they said ANYTIME, not that there needed to be a window. Confirm. Later I receive a text that they'll arrive anytime between 9:30am-11:30am. That doesn't work for me, seeing as my daughter sleeps in that room starting at 12pm. The absolute worse and when you leave a bad review for them then they harass you to remove it for a week straight. So I’m leaving more to let people know that their estimating is shady. They send a low estimate number in the header (mine was $149) and then in the message it’s much higher (mine was $499). They do this so their estimate number always appear lower than what they actually are. This is very shady business practices with 0 transparency.
