FixTman LLC was contracted to install gym equipment. Unfortunately my equipment and my ceiling was damaged. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Unfortunately I didn’t check the google reviews (only thumbtack reviews). I realize it’s because they block you on thumbtack if you have a bad experience so people only see the good reviews. Long story short my technitian took over 3 hours to put a 6 drawer dresser together and wasn’t even able to complete it. He left with my dresser falling apart saying that it’s a manufacturer issue. This company scheduled someone to come to my home to remove the blinds before my door contractor arrived — but the installer was a complete no-show. No call, no update, nothing. It was not only inconvenient for me but also delayed my door contractor’s work. I wasted time rearranging my schedule for an appointment that never happened. Based on this experience, I would never do business with this company again.
Hired them to build a Springfree Jumbo Oval trampoline. This is admittedly difficult. Without going into a huge amount of detail, they ignored the directions and skipped attaching the net to the springs first, and then rather than redo their work, they attached it with a rope, which resulted in a slanted and poorly secured net.
