My cell phone was frozen and everyone was telling me I was going to need to get a brand new phone .I walked in, and the gentleman working the front desk greeted me with the friendliest and warmest smile as if I was a customer there for many years.He immediately asked how he could help , I explained the situation to him he magically got my phone unfrozen, and back to new . Great customer service. I highly recommend this place to everyone .

There's got to be mainly fake reviews for this company. I first came here on 08/04 to replace the battery for my OnePlus 9, the people inside were very welcoming and kind initially and told me it'd be no problem for a battery swap, that it'd take about half an hour. No problem. I go home, I come back in an hour and they tell me they need more time. Sure. I came back an hour later and they told me to wait in the store, 5 minutes. By far the BEST and most consistent place i ever been to fix my cell. I can't explain how many countless times i broke my cell phone, at odd hours of the day and this business turned my shattered dreams and life to come back to life. Hands down best customer service and long hours open with very little time to fix any and every device.

I must say that this place is amazing. My phone broke 2 days ago and I was freaking out because I have my son's picture who was diagnosed with cancer and those pictures mean so much to me. I took my phone there,and they got the phone working again. I am so happy. End up being the port for the charging was no good.... Recommend this place to Anybody who's trying to fix that phone...
