I went to Fix n Go for an oil change AND to have other issues checked on my car. I clearly explained the problems and asked them to inspect it properly. These guys just changed the oil and ignored everything else. When I asked why nothing else was checked, Harman (if that was his name) shrugged and said, “It’s an old car, performance will be down, there’s nothing to check.” Then he actually said, “We don’t want to rip you off, otherwise we can give you a long bill.” Who even says that?!
