Could not recommend Ben more! Incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I was in a tough spot with an aggressive leak, and even though he was on vacation he still took time out of his day to guide me on where to look and advised me on a decent temporary fix until he was able to make it out to apply a permanent fix. Definitely service and professionalism that is above and beyond!

We had a hole in our brand new pool liner. Tried calling the place that installed it with no response. Ben came out same day to patch the hole so we wouldn't lose all our water over the weekend. So fast and professional! He took underwater pictures, tested the water and advised us on the position of our ladder to prevent future issues. I was very impressed and satisfied. Our inground pool was leaking almost 2 inches per day. Ben came out, looked around, hopped in the pool and found a small tear in the deep end corner of our pool. Problem solved no more leak. Thanks, Ben!
