I want to thank Ben and his wife Kelly for helping me out with my pool. After filling it with water and to wake up the next day and realize the water was low again, could not tell if it was from the excruciating heat or a leak. Filled it again and the same thing happened. Found fixmyliner online read the reviews and called, Kelly answered and was a pleasure to speak with and told me Ben would reach out to me. Called Ben, problem solved. Ben answered my cal immediately, and was able to make a same day trip to my house to repair a large hole in liner. I accidentally (bone headed decision) put not one, but two holes in bottom of liner. Ben was professional, provided step by step details of repair plan, and reviewed everything once completed. If you have a leaky liner , do yourself a favor and call Ben first.
Ben is fantastic. professional, promt and if you have a pool leak I highly recommend you call him!
I contacted Ben due to a potential leak in my liner. Ben was very prompt with communication. He also explained the process for finding a potential leak and how he repairs it. Ben came out a few days later. He located the leak and was able to repair it, matching the liner as best he could. I highly recommend using Ben!
From my first call with Ben to his last call making sure my issue was resolved, it was a true pleasure working with Ben. In the end, my liner wasn’t the problem, but he took extra time and effort to check it out promptly to ensure that I wasn’t dealing with a catastrophe! He even helped me troubleshoot and work through next steps to fix my issue, which was really helpful. Plus, he’s just a super nice guy. I will definitely call him - and unreservedly recommend him - anytime there’s a problem within his scope of expertise.
