Called with a boiler fault and was out next day (would have come same day but I was at work). Really excellent service, took time to explain everything and offer options. Fixed on the spot and did not hurt the wallet.
Great service provided from Gordon, after a 30 second conversation he knew exactly what was wrong, and helped me fix it.
Outstanding work!! Gordon takes time to properly understand and assess the problem. He will check first the most common and cheapest problem to fix and will continue from there. He kindly listened and replied all our questions and concerns (that were a lot!) He is very polite and professional, he was able to check even by phone. Gordon patiently worked with us over the phone on a Sunday evening to help us fix our boiler. We are very grateful. He wouldn’t accept payment, just asked us to donate to charity. Which we gladly did. Lovely guy and would use him again anytime.
