I wasn’t actually a customer, but I still wanted to leave a review because of the incredible kindness I experienced. I got a flat tire on the highway and ended up pulling over right in front of FixIt Auto Body. I asked if it would be okay to change my tire in front of their shop, and instead of just saying yes, Jose immediately offered to help. Manuel and José were great to work with! Very prompt in communication and clear with what the process would look like. I was able to schedule within minutes of reaching out and my car was serviced in less than an hour. I had a broken passenger side mirror and they quickly identified the problem and made the fix look easy. The team was polite and friendly and I’m very happy with the work overall. Would recommend for a fast and stress free autobody experience!
Fixit Auto Body Shop is outstanding!!! My car had some deep chipped paint on the doors, and I needed them fixed asap before returning my vehicle to BMW. Not only did the owner took time to assess the damage, he detailed the process, timeline, and gave a more than fair estimate for the work. I accepted, brought the car in, and the shop even gave me a ride to the car rental place so I can get my rental car. I would give more than 5 stars if I could - nothing short of absolutely fantastic service. Went to just get an estimate for some deep scratches, he buffed them out super quick and touched up the paint the next time I went there just the same. Would 110% recommend this place to anyone and everyone
