Nate rescued us from freezing this winter by repairing our heater. He answers his phone promptly which is rare in this business. When you need a mobile RV tech you need them now, not next month. He’s honest and extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to use him and recommend him to other RVers.
Could not be happier with Fixin Trips! Nate is a solid, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. He is super communicative, and has a policy of arriving with the parts for the job. Most other repair services run you through a gauntlet of charging for a service call, scheduling a follow up, doing the work, etc. Our Suburban heater on our travel trailer went out and he was quick to respond. Nate was easy to work with and a good communicator. He asked a few questions about the problem (slide out not closing) and set up a time and estimate for repair. His technical expertise was obvious as he quickly and efficiently made the repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his service again.
Do you have an old motorhome and you live in the Central Oregon area? You need to get to know Nate! Fixin Trips has helped us keep our old Pace Arrow motorhome going and functional. Nate has helped us with winterizing, water heater repair and general maintenance. Nate is the man! Personable, thorough and detailed. Fixin Trips is our go to.
This was the first time I have used a mobile RV technician. I must say thay my experiance with Nate from Fixin Trips Mobile RV Service, was very positive. He was on time, and he charged me quite a bit less than he had previously estimated. I will certainly hire him again the next time I need work done on my RV.
